Throughout this PRINCE2 training course , you will learn key PRINCE2 Principles and concepts relating to projects, including learning from experience, continued business justification and defining job roles and responsibilities. Understand the PRINCE2 themes (Business Case, Organisation, Quality, Plans, Risk, Change and Progress), and understand how you must apply these themes during each project.
